If you thought winter at home was chilly, try Christmas in the Himalayas. The weather often gets super harsh and frigid, with sub-zero temperatures and heavy snowfall to boot. Everybody loves a white Christmas, but…not while you’re climbing a mountain! Trekking Mera Peak during this season is an extreme challenge and definitely not recommended for most trekkers.
