Here’s our step by step process from booking to the trip of a lifetime!
BOOK TRIP AND PAY DEPOSIT
The first step to your incredible journey!
Congratulations you've found a trip perfect for you and have paid your deposit, we will shortly send you an email confirmation with more details regarding your trip!
Time to pick how to pay...
You should receive an email from us confirming your trip and requesting how you'd like to pay. Don't worry we have lots of different ways to make this as easy for you as possible:
- Option 1 - Payments Divided Into Equal Monthly Instalments (First payment will be 30 days after booking and last payment will be 6 weeks before departure)
- Option 2 - Payment Split Over 3 Block Payments (First payment will be 10% of trip cost which is due 30 days after booking and final payment will be due 90 days before trip departure)
- Option 3 - Pay In Full At Time Of Booking

Time to get all your information sorted!
Now that you've sorted out your payments you will receive an email with details on how to log into Vamoos for your trip details. Vamoos is an incredible app that will have everything you need to be prepared for your trip including, itineraries, kit lists, flight details, and all other relevant documentation. You will also receive your login details for our customer portal to be able to upload all your personal details.

RECEIVE WELCOME PACK
Not long to go now!
Around 2 months before your trip you will receive a welcome pack from us including a physical copy of your detailed itinerary, flight details (if booked with us) and a selection of information to get you ready for your trip.
Only a week to go!
A week before your departure you will be added to a WhatsApp group chat where you will meet all the other amazing people on your trip. This is a great chance to start making new friends and sharing plans for the trip!

For all our Bucketlister trips, you will meet your guide at the first hotel. If you've booked a Bucketlister+ Trip, then you will meet your UK guide at the airport.
