When it comes to Sri Lanka, expect everything from fragrant curries to fresh seafood, plus a love of sweet desserts.
Street food in Sri Lanka is a must-do, with most items costing as little as £1-2 – expect to ample coconut rotis, sour fish curries, Ceylon tea, egg hoppers and loads more.
You can tuck into a hearty meal at a local restaurant for as little as £5 while more upmarket restaurants or eateries in bigger cities will cost around £10-15 for a main.

Is Accommodation Cheap in Sri Lanka?

Are Tourist Attractions Expensive in Sri Lanka?
